The Jade Hook is a sci-fi surf adventure
steeped in Polynesian culture,
it contains historical references and the
authors research about the beginning
of wave-sliding (aka surfing) 350 AD.
In parallel universes and from different planets, Ozzma and Kauai are on their own quests to find answers, when they unexpectedly collide.
Kauai, a Polynesian prince, is on his journey to becoming a master wave-slider at the Mana festival. It has been prophesied that he is different from his island brothers, so Kauai sets out to find the truth of an ancient God, the
ancestors stories and his unique birthmark.
Meanwhile, on the planet of Aquarius,
Amorah the “key keeper” of the Jade Hook mysteriously vanishes, putting the Aquon Archipelago in danger from a reptile invasion. Ozzma, an Aquarian prince and master wave-rider, sets off on an odyssey to find Amorah, the Jade Hook and the forbidden wave to save his people.
